Guess The Bigger Success; Transformers 2007 Or Transformers 2009?

By Michael Nielsen

It is a broad propensity that after a gargantuan success of a motion picture, the producers announce its sequel and then another. A few renowned characters in the line are Batman, Rocky, Harry Potter, Superman, and Spiderman. Soon Transformers is going to join the list by the release of another motion picture named as 'Revenge of the Fallen'. After hitting the box office, the executive producer of the motion picture Steven Spielberg announced a follow up of the motion picture with almost the same cast but new robotic characters.

Before moving towards the disparity of triumph between the new film and earlier one, we must identify the triumph story of the 'Transformers (2007)' and its business. The facts will facilitate, and the forecasts will lead to a better judgment.

Transformers was released on July 3rd 2007 and it was distributed by the Paramount pictures. Its making financial plan was nearly $150 million (US Dollars). Its domestic gross total proceeds generation was $ 320 million (US Dollars). Its foreign gross total was $390 million (US dollars). Internationally, it has generated nearly $ 708 million (US dollars). The closing date of the film was 8th November 2007. The film was ranked 20th in All Time Domestic ranking, 30th in the All Time international ranking, and 5th on international Yearly rankings.

Fans, although satisfied by the previous film have higher standards now. This time they anticipate the new film to be even better than the preceding one and only then, it can certainly be a success. The movie requires an awesome story, better characterisation of the robots, better energetic stunts, and better music which ask for an attractive financial plan and efforts.

Although the Transformers 2 'Revenge of the Fallen' has not yet been released, it is very difficult to analyse its outcomes. Generally, the result can be predicted through various patterns. The first and the foremost impression can be taken through the comment of the actress of the movie Megan Fox who has stated that this movie is going to be ten times bigger in action and entertainment than the previous movie. It has bigger stunts and explosions which can help us predict that this movie is going to hit the box office alarmingly. But a bigger budget does not mean a success story, so uncertainty is always there.

So far the budget has exceeded $200 million (US dollars) which is $50 million (US Dollars) more than the previous film. The new splendid filming places such as Jordan, France, USA, and Egypt have shown the world that an effort is put into the movie.

The better component of the movie is that it is aiming spectators of all ages. This guarantees improved proceeds. Shia LaBeouf is the hero of the movie. He claims that this time a lot of endeavour has been put to robots and their characterisation.

The robots are going to be more comprehensive and will have enhanced stipulation. Considering the above mentioned details, it shows that the subsequent film is going to be a greater hit, but only time can tell.
