Must Have's for any Business Strategy

By Ashish Jain

Each expectant entrepreneur wants to have a golden business plan that can help them to successfully launch their product in the marketplace. There is not one that exists and the rationale is that every business is different and the strategies depend wholly on industry you are in, the problem you try to solve, and who your target customer is. Though there's no golden rule to plan your business secrets, but there definitely are a few common pitfalls that you must avoid while planning for your business:

1. Don't do something simply because another business in your field is successful in doing it or just as it's a trend. This is one of the most common mistakes entrepreneurs make. You may engage yourself with an enterprise that you are good at, and you adore doing. Also, try to incorporate systems that jive well with the resources and abilities you have.

2. Don't just build a product because you think it's cool. Build one that fulfills a certain market need. Do your research and find out -- who your rivals are, how are they solving the problem, what are the gaps that are still not filled. Analyze customer's problems and solve them. Stay away from always focusing your own problem on ways to grow the business. Instead divert your attention and energy on the easy way to solve your customer's issues with the use of your products.

3. Never put a slack on your customer service. Develop a good relationship with your customers, whether it's new or an existing one. It is very important that your buyer feels good and ecstatic on purchasing your product or rendering your services. Customer satisfaction is the number one reason why customers come back to you, patronize you, endorse you, and even pass it on to their children and grandkids.

All business strategy boils down to making the business successful, which can happen only if your customer is satisfied. Therefore, it is very important that you obviously understand the wants of your audience and its business dynamic. Target answering a problem instead of building a business. Everything else will follow!
